SCA Waivers

Individuals who attend SCA events or participate in combat/fighter practices must either present a Blue membership card (which shows that they have a signed waiver on file at the SCA Member Services office), or they must sign a waiver at the gate. (see a letter from the SCA President regarding waivers)

Note about Minors: individual events may have their own rules about whether minors can attend without their parents, and which forms you will need. Please check with the event autocrat first!

Waiver for Minors

Family Minor Waiver - for multiple children in one family

Adult Equestrian Waivers - contains various US state-specific equestrian waivers, and a generic waiver for the 6 states (and other countries) that don't have specific requirements.
