Equestrian InsuranceOrdering Insurance CertificatesWhen hosting an SCA event where horses will be present for use in SCA related activities, an Insurance Certificate shall be ordered and kept on file. Equestrian Insurance is mandatory for parades and demos where horses and riders are representing the SCA. When ordering the Insurance Certificate, use the name and address of the sponsor of the parade or demo. Ordering instructions can be found on the Insurance page. Note: When filling in the beginning and ending times of the event, make reasonable time allowances for early arrivals and late departures up to 24-hours pre and post the event dates.
