At the October 2002 meeting of the Board of Directors, the Directors decided to place approved minutes of meetings on the web site. The most current minutes are found at the top level Board of Directors page. Thanks to hard working volunteers, a project was started to web older meeting minutes that were only available in hard copy. Below you will find a list of all the historical meeting minutes by year. More are being added all the time, so check back often. All of these minutes are in the Adobe Acrobat format, and need Adobe Acrobat Reader to view them.
These are the records as the Corporation has them. Record-keeping in the distant past was somewhat spotty, and some items have gone missing over the years. Minutes from the 1960s are missing altogether, and there are gaps in the minutes from the 1970s. Anyone who has copies of any of the missing minutes in their personal collection is encouraged to contact the President of the SCA, Meg Baron (president@sca.org). Your help in completing the Corporation's records is much appreciated!
