Hello everyone! Well its been a busy couple of weeks. We have lots to share this time around but let’s start with the 2020 SCA Census!
The 2020 SCA Census was launched on June 7th and is in full swing. You can access the census here: https://scacensus2020a.questionpro.com/
In the first 4 days of the Census being available we have the following information:
Section 1 – Your experience in the SCA, and your thoughts on SCA-related issues – 12,102 participants have viewed the section, and 7,089 have completed the section.
Section 2 – Demographic Information – 6,689 participants have viewed this section, and 5,875 have completed this section.
Section 3 – Questions about negative experiences in the SCA – 5,948 participants have viewed this section, and 5,501 have completed this section.
We thank all that have taken the time to participate in the 2020 SCA Census.

“Hullo An Tir!
I am Mikael MacLeod of Blatha an Oir.
My submission, and my first in the Arts and Sciences. I have a Master’s in History, and decided to use that to write a paper on one of my favorite historical documents, the Agricola.
I pretty much just use the Agricola as my one source (by pretty much I mean I solely use it) but I find when discussing ancient works, you don’t need to necessarily be muddled by other opinions. You should read it, and give it your own thoughts.”
