If you would like to purchase an SCA Membership for a specific individual as a gift, please follow these steps:

  1. Fill out an SCA Membership application form (for USA/APO addresses or International addresses) to the best of your ability, including the Legal Name and correct Mailing Address of the recipient. Please leave the waiver section blank, unless the recipient of your gift can fill it out for themselves.
  2. If paying by credit card, please include:
    • Name on the credit card
    • Billing address of the credit card
    • Your email address for a copy of the receipt
      (You can use a separate piece of paper or Post-It note for this information)
  3. If paying by personal check, make it payable to “SCA, Inc.”
  4. Let us know whether you wish this to be an anonymous gift, or would like a note included with the mailed membership card.
  5. To submit the application, with other details listed above and payment, you have 3 options:
    1. Scan and email the form and credit card information to [email protected]
    2. Mail the form and payment to SCA Inc, P.O. Box 611928,  San Jose, CA 95161
    3. Fax the completed form and credit card information to 408-263-0641

Once we have received and processed the application, we will send an email confirmation to the recipient. Their membership card will be mailed within 5 business days. If the waiver has not been completed, a waiver form and return envelope will be included with the membership card for them to complete.
