Notice: All of the rules/changes in this revision of the Marshals' Handbook are effective immediately; i.e. if you conform to them, you're legal and OK.

Enforcement of all changes except those listed on the notices section of the Combat Archery page shall begin on January 1, 2009 – equipment legal under the previous rules shall be allowable for use until then.
