Ensuring the success and happiness of the populace is the first duty of every officer in the Society; this is especially true for Crowns and Kingdom Seneschals, who have been entrusted with the highest authorities in their Kingdoms.

The faithful execution of this duty works fully and best only when all officers, Crown and Seneschal  included, work together collaboratively. The Board entreats all Crowns and officers to make this guiding principle foremost in their interactions with each other.
