The Society for Creative Anachronism is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors’ October Quarterly 2024 meeting will be held in Denver, Colorado.
Noting the Kingdom of the Outlands’ Crown Tournament, which will take place on Saturday, October 19, 2024, the Board meeting has been scheduled for Sunday, October 20, 2024 to minimise conflicts. It is being held at the Courtyard Denver Airport at Gateway Park which is approximately 45 minutes drive from the Crown Tournament site. The meeting will open at 11:00 AM local time (Mountain Daylight Time (UTC-6)).
Society members and participants are welcome to attend the public session of the meeting, and there will be a question and answer session following the meeting’s close. For those unable to attend in person, the meeting will also be streamed via Zoom, ensuring that all interested members can participate virtually.
