What is the Society for Creative Anachronism?

The SCA is a nonprofit educational organization devoted to the study of the European Middle Ages. In other words, we are a medieval recreation group. If you would like to learn more, click on these links to go to the official SCA Web Page.

Who is the Laurel Sovereign of Arms?

The Laurel Sovereign of Arms is the chief heraldic officer of the Society for Creative Anachronism. The office is filled by a volunteer, appointed by the SCA's Board of Directors. For full contact information, see the Inter-Kingdom Directory. Laurel's responsibilities are specified in Section IX of the Administrative Handbook and in Corpora.
