Society Chancellor of the Exchequer
The Society Chancellor of the Exchequer reports to the Society Treasurer, and is in charge of all financial activites for accounts other than the Corporate Office accounts. This office compiles financial information reported by all local branches of the Society for Creative Anachronism, Inc., to be used in the SCA's tax returns and other financial reports.

Mazelle Attiya lives in Memphis, TN where she works as an accountant for a company that sells janitorial products.
When she isn't attending to SCA matters you can find her out on the dance floor doing swing dance.
Over the 20 years that she has been in the SCA, she has lived in 5 different kingdoms.
Maitresse Alysia Gabrielle de Fougeres (OL, OP) currently attends the Court of Elizabeth I. Her interests are costuming, embroidery, cooking and rapier.

Documents to change or open bank accounts:
- To change signatories on a bank account, your bank will be sent a Banking Authorization letter on SCA Corporate letterhead.
- To open a new bank account, your bank will be sent a Resolution of the Board of Directors to open bank account authorizing named, specific individuals to a bank account.
These are two entirely different documents. However, the information needed is almost the same for both documents. Please note, the "Resolution of the Board of Directors to open bank account for SCA, Inc."
is different from the "Resolution of the Board of Directors to open bank account for SCA-Illinois, Inc." The same thing is true for the IRS Letter confirming the 501(c)3 status for SCA, Inc. and SCA-Illinois, Inc., which your bank may also require.
Procedure to follow:
- Send an e-mail to exchequer@sca.org
- The subject line must be: CHANGE SIGNERS ON EXISTING BANK ACCOUNT or OPEN NEW BANK ACCOUNT depending on which you wish to do. If you wish to do both, you must send two separate e-mails.
- In the body of the e-mail you must have:
The Society Exchequer will verify the completeness and accuracy of your information and forward it to the SCA Corporate Office.
