An Announcement Concerning the SCA Membership Form

Effective January 1, 2009, the next time you fill out a membership form you will find we have added a new field. We are beginning to collect birth year information from those members who wish to participate. Filling in this information is optional; we are using it only to gather general demographic data of our participants. We are doing this to be better able to serve the membership and gain an understanding of the trends in membership.

The SCA does not and will not sell our members' names or information to any other organization. We respect our members' privacy and keep all information received confidential.

As ever, the Board of Directors and Corporate staff welcomes any and all input.
